Common use of Monetary Limit Clause in Contracts

Monetary Limit. The annualized not to exceed amount on this Contract shall be $174,000 $191,000 $204,000 dollars, and the not to exceed amount on the ten month term of this renewal shall be $145,000. County shall not be responsible for any expenditure overruns and will not pay for work exceeding the monetary limit of the contract unless a change order to cover those costs has been issued by the Deputy Purchasing Agent in advance.
