Common use of Monetary Limit Clause in Contracts

Monetary Limit. This For the term of May 6, 2013 through and including May 5, 2014, Contract shall have a monetary limit of dollars $350,000. For the term of May 6, 2014 through and including May 5, 2015 and any subsequent terms the amount is increased to a not to exceed amount of $450,000. Contractor shall notify the County Deputy Purchasing Agent in writing when the expenditures against this Contract reach seventy-five (75) percent of the dollar limit of this Contract. County shall not be responsible for any expenditure overruns and will not pay for work exceeding the monetary limit of the contract unless a change order to cover those costs has been approved by the Board of Supervisors.
