Modified Defined Terms. (a) The references to the term “Company’s Common Stock” in the definitions of “Reset Transaction” and “Trading Price” in Section 1.1 of the Indenture are hereby revised to refer to “Common Stock.” (b) The references to the term “Officers’ Certificate” in Sections 5.1(j), 9.5 and 14.5 of the Indenture are hereby revised to refer to an “Officers’ Certificate of the Company or ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as applicable.” (c) The references to the term “Officer” in Sections 9.5 and 14.5 of the Indenture are hereby revised to refer to an “Officer of the Company or ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as applicable.” (d) The references to the term “Opinion of Counsel” in Section 14.5 of the Indenture are hereby revised to refer to an “Opinion of Counsel of the Company or ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as applicable.”
