Common use of Modifications to Software Clause in Contracts

Modifications to Software. Any upgrades, updates, configuration changes, fixes, enhancements or modifications will be made to the Software only in accordance with the terms contained in this agreement, regardless of whether such upgrade, configuration change, enhancement or modification is necessitated by changes in County’s procedures, applicable law or regulation or otherwise. If County requests upgrades, updates, configuration changes, customizations, enhancements or modifications to the Software or additional services not included under existing Services, PROVIDER shall make its best efforts to submit a new proposed attachment that covers such new services in accordance with this agreement but does not warrant that such will be possible.
