Common use of Modifications to Software Clause in Contracts

Modifications to Software. Contractor shall provide thirty (30) days’ notice of any modifications to be made to the software. District reserves the right to approve any modifications, changes, or additions to the software. District may terminate the Agreement if any modifications substantially affect District’s use of the software, at District’s sole discretion. A prorated refund of any paid fees will be provided to District within thirty (30) days of termination.
