Common use of Modifications to Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modifications to Loan Agreement. (i) The Loan Agreement shall be amended by deleting the following text appearing in Section 4 of the Schedule to the Loan Agreement: “MATURITY DATE (Section 6.1): May 15, 2009” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “MATURITY DATE (Section 6.1): November 15, 2009”
