Modifications to Dedicated Transport. 54.2.1. Embarq will make routine network modifications to unbundled dedicated transport facilities used by CLEC where the requested Dedicated Transport facilities have already been constructed. 49.3.1. Conditioned loops are loops from which excessive bridge taps, load coils, low-pass filters, range extenders, and similar devices have been removed to enable the delivery of high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including DSL. Sprint will condition loops at CLEC’s request and will assess charges for loop conditioning in accordance with the prices listed in Table One.
