Modifications to Agreement; Waivers. This Agreement may not be altered, modified, changed or discharged, except by a writing signed by or on behalf of both Revlon and the Grantee. The failure of the Company to enforce at any time any provision of this Agreement shall in no way be construed to be a waiver of such provision or of any other provision hereof.
