Common use of Modifications/Survival Clause in Contracts

Modifications/Survival. Exhibits A through M attached hereto shall be deemed a part hereof. This Agreement, including exhibits, expresses the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any and all previous agreements between the parties with regard to the Real Property, including that certain letter of intent, dated April 15, 2011. There are no other understandings, oral or written, which in any way alter or enlarge the terms of this Agreement, and there are no warranties or representations of any nature whatsoever, either expressed or implied, except as may expressly be set forth herein. Any and all future modifications of this Agreement will be effective only if it is in writing and signed by both Purchaser and Seller. The terms and conditions of such future modifications of this Agreement shall supersede and replace any inconsistent provisions in this Agreement.
