MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION. A. This Coordination Agreement may be modified in writing at any time as necessary by mutual consent of the Corps and the FDEP. Modifications may be made in whole, by part, or by section; and upon approval shall supersede previous versions of this Coordination Agreement. Approvals of modifications to the language of this Coordination Agreement shall be approved and signed by the District Engineer for the Corps and the Secretary of the FDEP. B.
