Modifications and Other Agreements. I agree that the terms of this Non-Compete Agreement may not be modified except by a written agreement signed by both me and the Company. This Non-Compete Agreement shall not supersede any other restrictive covenants to which I may be subject under an employment contract, benefit program or otherwise, such that the Company may enforce the terms of any and all restrictive covenants to which I am subject. The obligations herein are in addition to and do not limit any obligations arising under applicable statutes and common law.
