Modification to Charter Agreement Sample Clauses

Modification to Charter Agreement. Pursuant to the Financial Regulations and Rules of the UN, only the Procurement Division in New York possesses the authority to agree on behalf of the UN to any modification of or change in this Charter Agreement, to a waiver of any of its provisions or to any additional contractual relationship of any kind with the Carrier. Accordingly, no modification or change in this Charter Agreement shall be valid and enforceable against the UN unless provided by a written amendment to this Charter Agreement signed by the Carrier and the Chief of the Procurement Division or officials delegated authority for this purpose.
