Common use of Modification Rights Clause in Contracts

Modification Rights. From time to time, Licensee may request to have modification rights on behalf of itself or its sublicensees. Any such request shall be directed towards the Steering Committee (as defined in the Technology Services Agreement). The Steering Committee shall consider such request in good faith and if it so determines that Licensee and/or its sublicensees shall be entitled to modification rights with respect to all or a portion of the Licensed Materials, the parties shall amend this Agreement and/or the pertinent Program Schedule as necessary to reflect the Steering Committees’ grant of such modification rights.
