Modification Reports. Owner shall provide Charterer with a monthly report (each a “Modification Report”) advising on the status of the Modifications, including, where applicable, Owner’s estimate of the period of any delay in delivery of the Vessel under this Charter and any other material developments relating to the Modifications. The first Modification Report shall be provided by Owner one (1) month after the commencement of the Modifications.
