Modification or Partial Termination Clause Samples

The "Modification or Partial Termination" clause defines the conditions under which a contract may be changed or partially ended before its full completion. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for making amendments to the agreement, such as requiring written consent from both parties, and specifies how certain parts of the contract can be terminated without affecting the remainder. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the parties to adapt the contract to changing circumstances or to discontinue specific obligations, thereby reducing risk and ensuring the agreement remains relevant and manageable.
