Modification Only Sample Clauses
Modification Only. This agreement is only a modification of the Loan Agreement and not a novation. All terms and conditions of the Notes and all other Loan Documents executed in connection with said Notes shall remain in full force and effect.
Modification Only. This Assumption, to the extent it modifies the Loan Documents, is a modification only, and shall relate back to the original date of execution and delivery of the Loan Documents, and except as herein provided, all of the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect and the parties hereby ratify and confirm the security and enforceability of the Loan Documents, as expressly modified by this Assumption.
