Modification of OEM Product Sample Clauses

Modification of OEM Product. As required under regulations of the FDA or under other applicable U.S. and international regulatory standards and requirements, no engineering modifications will be initiated or implemented by Baasel to the OEM Product without prior approval in writing by CardioGenesis, provided that nothing herein will limit or prevent Baasel from initiating and implementing such changes as Baasel desires to Baasel's products apart from the OEM Product.
