Modification of Mezzanine A Loan Documents. Borrower shall not permit Mezzanine A Borrower to enter into or be bound by any new Mezzanine A Loan Documents after the date hereof, agree to any modifications, consolidation, restatement, or waiver of any existing Mezzanine A Loan Documents, grant to Mezzanine A Lender any consent or waiver, or exercise any remedy available to Mezzanine A Borrower under the Mezzanine A Loan Documents or any right or election under the Mezzanine A Loan Documents, in each case without the prior written approval of Lender. Borrower shall provide Lender with a copy of any amendment or modification of, or waiver or consent granted under, the Mezzanine A Loan Documents within five (5) days after its receipt thereof.
