It is expressly agreed that this Supplemental Release Agreement may not be altered, amended, modified, or otherwise changed in any respect except by another written agreement that specifically refers to this Supplemental Release Agreement, executed by authorized representatives of each of the parties to this Supplemental Release Agreement. This Supplemental Release Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
