Common use of Modification, Consent, etc Clause in Contracts

Modification, Consent, etc. If the US Borrower requests or consents in writing to any modification or extension of any Letter of Credit, or waives any failure of any draft, certificate or other document to comply with the terms of such Letter of Credit, and if the Issuing Bank and the Required Lenders consent thereto, the Issuing Bank will be entitled to rely on such request, consent or waiver. This Agreement will be binding upon the US Borrower with respect to such Letter of Credit as so modified or extended, and with respect to any action taken or omitted by the Administrative Agent, any Lender or the Issuing Bank pursuant to any such request, consent or waiver.
