MODIFICATION / ASSIGNMENT / MISCELLANEOUS. This Rider and Contract is the sole and complete agreement between parties with respect to the Engagement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, regarding the subject matter hereof. This Rider and Contract may not be changed, modified, or waived except by a signed, written agreement of the parties.
