Mode of Transport. The CARRIER shall transport the Cargo by road only. If it is found that the CARRIER has transported the Cargo by any mode other than by road as agreed therein, ISRPL shall be entitled to forthwith forfeit the Security Deposit and shall have the right to terminate the Agreement. Incase and as per requirement, ISRPL may give prior written authorisation to the CARRIER to use any other mode of transportation as it may deem fit at its own discretion.
