Mobilization Time Clause Samples

Mobilization Time. The Contractor shall mobilize the desired equipment and manpower within the time frame as specified in Clause 19 of Data Sheet to start the works of Design, construction, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of steel pontoons, walkway and gangways for providing floating terminal facilities in full capacity.

If the work is awarded to the Contractor in lean season, the mobilization time shall be within 90 days of start of monsoon season.
