Mobilization Fees. The mobilization fees shall be construed as the only remuneration, to the exclusion of any other indemnity, to be paid by the COMPANY for any and all operations and services carried out by the CONTRACTOR prior to the ACTUAL COMMENCEMENT DATE including the time spent by the COMPANY to inspect the CONTRACTOR EQUIPMENT and time taken by the CONTRACTOR to correct any defect. The mobilization fees shall be specified in Exhibit B.
