Mobilization Fee. As part of the Payment Basis, Owner shall pay Xxxxx ***** Dollars ($*****), as a mobilization fee as soon as allowed by its organizational documents, but in no event later than five (5) days after the Effective Date.
Mobilization Fee. As part of the Contract Price, Owner shall pay Design-Builder Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000), as a mobilization fee, as soon as allowed by its organizational documents and any other agreements or Laws and at the latest, at the earlier to occur of Financial Closing or the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Twenty Million Dollar ($20,000,000) mobilization fee payment shall be subject to retainage as provided by Section 10.2.7.
Mobilization Fee. Upon acceptance of the applicable SOW, an initial payment (the “Mobilization Fee”) of ten percent (10%) of the total value of the SOW shall be due to Company. Upon payment of the Mobilization Fee, Company shall establish communication channels and project management office for coordinating the delivery of Services specified in the applicable SOW.
Mobilization Fee. (i) The City shall pay the Operator a mobilization fee of $180,000.00 for mobilization and training (“Mobilization Fee”). The Operator shall invoice the Mobilization Fee in three equal monthly payments beginning two (2) months after the Execution Date, or the start of mobilization by the Operator, whichever is later.

Owner shall pay the first $[*] installment of the Mobilization Fee within seven (7) days of the Effective Date and the remaining three (3) installments of the Mobilization Fee shall be included in the Monthly invoice of the first month of the next three successive calendar quarters after the Effective Date.
Mobilization Fee. The Mobilization Fee is agreed to be $150,000.00, payable upon the Effective Date.
Mobilization Fee. As compensation for the services provided by Operator during the Mobilization Period, Operator shall be entitled to a one time fee equal to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), payable within thirty (30) days after the earlier of the Leased Equipment Mobilization Date or the Project Mobilization Date.
Mobilization Fee. For the Mobilization Services provided by Contractor, Contractor shall invoice the total amount described below (“Mobilization Fee”), which will be divided in 12 (twelve) equal instalments, each to be invoiced monthly, on or about the fifth day of the Mobilization Phase and on or about the fifth of each month thereafter. Mobilization Fee. Contractor’s mobilization fee for the Drilling Unit and crew and for performing all Services, including all Services necessary to otherwise prepare for commencement of actual drilling Services at the first well location shall be as specified in Exhibit D — Compensation, if one is agreed to be paid in Exhibit D — Compensation. Mobilization commences from the Point of Origin for the Drilling Unit identified in Exhibit A — Scope of Work and is complete when the Drilling Unit arrives at the Mobilization Delivery Point identified in Exhibit A — Scope of Work with all required equipment specified in Attachment A1 of Exhibit A — Scope of Work on board in full readiness to commence Services when so instructed by Company and Company has issued Acceptance of the Drilling Unit as per Attachment A4 to Exhibit A — Scope of Work. Contractor shall invoice Company for the Mobilization Fee within thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date.
