Mobilization Fee Sample Clauses

Mobilization Fee. As part of the Payment Basis, Owner shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇ ***** Dollars ($*****), as a mobilization fee as soon as allowed by its organizational documents, but in no event later than five (5) days after the Effective Date.

Mobilization Fee. During the Mobilization Period, the Owner shall pay to the Operator an aggregate fixed fee of US$ ….. payable in the installments and at the times specified in Schedule 1, on account of all Operator Services to be provided during the Mobilization Period. Each installment of the Mobilization Fee shall, subject to Article 14.5., be paid not later than 28 days after the date of receipt by the Owner of the relative invoice in accordance with Article 14.1.

Mobilization Fee. As part of the Contract Price, Owner shall pay Design-Builder Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00), as a mobilization fee, as soon as allowed by its organizational documents and any other agreements or Laws and at the latest, at the earlier to occur of Financial Closing or the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Twenty Million Dollar ($20,000,000.00) mobilization fee payment shall be subject to retainage as provided by Section 10.2.7.

Mobilization Fee. As compensation for the services provided by Operator during the Mobilization Period, Operator shall be entitled to a one time fee equal to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), payable within thirty (30) days after the earlier of the Leased Equipment Mobilization Date or the Project Mobilization Date.

Mobilization Fee. Contractor’s mobilization fee for the Drilling Unit and crew and for performing all Services, including all Services necessary to otherwise prepare for commencement of actual drilling Services at the first well location shall be as specified in Exhibit D — Compensation, if one is agreed to be paid in Exhibit D — Compensation. Mobilization commences from the Point of Origin for the Drilling Unit identified in Exhibit A — Scope of Work and is complete when the Drilling Unit arrives at the Mobilization Delivery Point identified in Exhibit A — Scope of Work with all required equipment specified in Attachment A1 of Exhibit A — Scope of Work on board in full readiness to commence Services when so instructed by Company and Company has issued Acceptance of the Drilling Unit as per Attachment A4 to Exhibit A — Scope of Work. Contractor shall invoice Company for the Mobilization Fee within thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date.

Mobilization Fee. EPCM shall, within three (3) Business Days of the Effective Date, submit an invoice to Owner in an amount equal to [***] U.S. Dollars ($[***]) as advance compensation for the costs EPCM is expected to incur in the first calendar month of performing the Services (the “Mobilization Fee”). Owner shall pay the Mobilization Fee within seven (7) Business Days of the Deposit invoice. When submitting its second month invoice under this Agreement, EPCM shall provide a true-up comparison of the Mobilization Fee against the Compensation owed to EPCM for the first month of the Services. To the extent that the Mobilization Fee exceeds the Compensation owed for the first month, EPCM’s second month invoice shall reflect the amount of the difference as a credit owed to Owner on the second month invoice. If the Compensation owed for the first month exceeds the amount of the Mobilization Fee, EPCM shall include the amount of the difference in the second month invoice as an additional charge to Owner.
