Mobility Authority Contribution Sample Clauses

Mobility Authority Contribution i. The Mobility Authority shall provide funding for the Channel Stabilization Project in the total amount not-to-exceed $600,000.00 (the “Mobility Authority Contribution”). The Mobility Authority Contribution shall be paid to the City no later than forty five (45) days after the City issues final acceptance of the Channel Stabilization Project. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Mobility Authority shall not be obligated to pay the Mobility Authority Contribution until it has been provided the opportunity to participate in the inspection for final acceptance, to identify any patent defects that must be addressed by the City’s contractor to bring all work to be in accordance with the Final Plans and the City’s contract for construction of the Channel Stabilization Project to the satisfaction of the Mobility Authority prior to issuance of final acceptance, and to concur with the issuance of final acceptance. The City shall not issue final acceptance of the Channel Stabilization Project without the written concurrence of final acceptance by the Mobility Authority.
