Mobile upgrade. We don’t have to offer you an upgrade but if we do we’ll agree a new plan, minimum period and any applicable equipment with you. Unless you have upgraded via ‘flexi upgrade’ your new minimum period will not start until you have seen out your original minimum period. We’ll discuss the options with you when you qualify for an upgrade. In addition, the following also applies to Vodafone OneNumber customers:
