Common use of Mobile Banking Clause in Contracts

Mobile Banking. Mobile Banking allows Member to use a downloadable software application (“Mobile App”) on a smartphone or other eligible Mobile Device (as defined below) to perform certain electronic banking tasks in lieu of Member’s Computer, such as monitoring certain Account balances, transferring funds between certain Accounts, initiating ACH and wire transfer transactions from established templates, approving ACH and wire transactions, and locating an ATM or branch location.

Mobile Banking. Mobile Banking banking allows Member Customer to use a downloadable software application (“Mobile App”) on a smartphone or other eligible Mobile Device (as defined below) mobile device to perform certain electronic banking tasks in lieu of Member’s Computer, such as monitoring view and monitor certain Account balances, transferring transfer funds between certain Accounts, initiating ACH and wire transfer transactions pay bills. This feature is subject to the terms and conditions provided in Part V of this Agreement. Additional electronic business banking services may be added by Bank from established templatestime to time in Bank’s sole discretion. The use of certain features or modules related to Online Banking may incur fees or other charges, approving ACH and wire transactions, and locating an ATM or branch locationwhich are disclosed in the Fee Schedule.

Mobile Banking banking is a service that allows Member Authorized Users of Customer to use a downloadable software application (“Mobile App”) on a smartphone or other eligible Mobile Device (as defined below) to perform certain electronic banking tasks in lieu of Member’s Computertasks, such as monitoring certain Account balancesfully described below (hereinafter, transferring funds between certain Accounts, initiating ACH and wire transfer transactions from established templates, approving ACH and wire transactions, and locating an ATM or branch location“Mobile Banking”).
