Common use of Mlčenlivost Clause in Contracts

Mlčenlivost. 10.1 Brainomix and the Hospital each agree to keep the other's Confidential Information confidential and, except as permitted elsewhere in the Agreement, not disclose that information to any other person, or use it for any purpose except the exercise of its rights, or the performance of its obligations, under the Agreement.
