MLS/LoopNet Clause Samples
The MLS/LoopNet clause defines the parties' agreement regarding the listing and marketing of a property on Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and commercial real estate platforms such as LoopNet. Typically, this clause outlines whether and how the property will be advertised on these platforms, who is responsible for submitting the listing, and any limitations or requirements for such postings. By clarifying the use of MLS and LoopNet, the clause ensures both parties understand the marketing strategy and helps prevent disputes over property exposure and advertising responsibilities.
