Mixed-Use Dimensional Standards. If a mixed-use is being developed for both 28 residential and commercial uses on the same Lot then the dimensional standards for the 1 dominant use shall be utilized (residential or commercial uses having the most building gross 2 floor area), unless commercial uses are on the first floor and the residential uses are on above 3 floor(s), then the standards in the above table shall be used. Any conflict in dimensional or 4 design standards for a mixed-use development may be resolved by the Land Use 5 Administrator.
