Mixed Function Appointments. 12.4.1. A person engaged on a fixed term or continuing basis to provide administrative or other non teaching or tutor duties and is also required to provide instruction to students shall have their non- teaching workload determined by the employer in consultation with the employee.
12.4.2. A teacher or tutor‘s administrative or non-teaching duties should be appropriate to the skill level for the classification of the relevant teaching or tutoring duties.
