Mitigate Dependency. Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce or eliminate Buyer’s and its Affiliates’ dependency on the Services and Seller agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to support and assist the Buyer in that migration process including, to the extent set forth in an SDA, assisting Buyer in developing of cloned systems, processes, or service environments to assist Buyer to migrate to other service providers.
