Misuse Of Trade Secrets. Employee covenants that he shall not misuse, misappropriate or disclose any of the trade secrets described above, directly or indirectly, or use them in any way, either during the term of this Contract or at any time thereafter, except as required in the course of his employment with the Company, unless such action is either previously agreed to in writing by the Company or required by law.
