Missouri. The Cancellation Procedure section A is amended to include the following: If You cancel this Agreement, We will mail You a written notice of the cancellation within forty-five (45) days of the effective date of termination. A ten (10%) percent penalty per month will be added to a refund that is not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days after the return of the Agreement to Us.
