Misrepresentations in Expression of Interest. Licensee acknowledges that it was offered to enter into this Agreement on the basis of certain representations and projections that it made through MPP’s Expression of Interest system. In the event that MPP discovers any material misrepresentations made therein, or if Licensee fails to substantially meet its projections, MPP shall have the right, upon 30 days’ notice, to terminate this Agreement.
