Miscellaneous General. 10.1 If the client's personal data is put at risk by the contractor as a result of seizure or sequestration, insolvency or composition proceedings or as a result of any other events or measures initiated by third parties, the contractor shall immediately notify the client of this. The contractor shall immediately notify all parties responsible within this context that the client retains sovereignty over the client's personal data. 10.2 The stipulations of this agreement shall also continue to apply beyond the termination of the primary performance relationship until the complete destruction or return of all the client's personal data to the client. 10.3 If individual parts of this agreement are rendered invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this agreement. The parties shall be obliged to define a legally valid regulation to replace the invalid regulation which comes closest to the purpose of the invalid regulation.
