Miscellaneous Exercise Matters. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available out of its authorized but unissued Common Stock the full number of Warrant Shares deliverable upon exercise of the Warrant Shares, as such number may change from time to time. Also, the Company shall, at its own expense, take all such actions and obtain all such permits and orders as may be necessary to enable the Company lawfully to issue the Warrant Shares upon the exercise of the Warrant.
