Common use of MIP Clause in Contracts

MIP. Subject to the Company’s right to terminate or amend, at any time with or without notice to the Executive, the ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Management Incentive Plan (MIP), the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ MIP as agreed in writing in a MIP document;
