The evaluation group shall be entitled to know whether the individual in question has a job requirement bonus allocated to the position in the event that the job requirement level of a position is submitted for consideration by the evaluation group. If the evaluation group has proposed a job requirement bonus, then it shall be advised of whether the bonus has been granted on the basis of the proposal.
