Minor Project Sample Clauses
The 'Minor Project' clause defines the criteria and treatment of projects considered minor in scope or value within a contract. Typically, this clause sets thresholds such as budget limits, duration, or complexity to distinguish minor projects from major ones, and may outline simplified procedures for approval, reporting, or payment. Its core function is to streamline administrative processes and reduce the compliance burden for smaller-scale work, ensuring efficiency and proportionality in contract management.
