Licensee is experiencing a suspected or actual Error in the Licensed Product(s) that limits some functionality of the Licensed Product(s) or the Licensee’s support personnel need assistance or information regarding the Licensed Product(s). Artisan Components will make a commercially reasonable effort to respond to requests for information within three (3) business days and, if required, provide an Update within a reasonable period of time.
