Common use of Mining Obligations Clause in Contracts

Mining Obligations. To the knowledge of the Company, all assessments or other work required to be performed or payments required to be made in relation to the material Mining Rights of the Company and each of the Subsidiaries in order to maintain its and their interests therein have been performed or made to date and the Company and each of the Subsidiaries has complied in all respects with all applicable laws, regulations and governmental policies in this connection as well as legal and contractual obligations to third parties in this connection except for any non-compliance which could not either individually or in the aggregate reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company on a consolidated basis. All material Mining Rights of the Company and each of the Subsidiaries are in good standing in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.
