Minimum Wage/Prevailing Wage Clause Samples

The Minimum Wage/Prevailing Wage clause requires that employees working under the contract are paid at least the minimum wage or the prevailing wage rate established by law or regulation. In practice, this means contractors must ensure their workers receive compensation that meets or exceeds the mandated wage levels for the specific type of work and geographic location. This clause helps prevent underpayment of workers and ensures fair labor standards are maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
