Minimum Values. The Custodian reserves the right to establish HSA, deposit and/ or withdrawal minimums and/or limitations on the frequency of withdrawals. The Custodian may resign or charge additional fees if the minimums are not met. Other Providers. At its discretion, the Custodian may, without the consent of the Account Owner, appoint other service providers to fulfill certain of its obligations hereunder, including reporting responsibilities, and may compensate such service providers accordingly.
