Minimum Unit Hours Clause Samples
Minimum Unit Hours. Contractor agrees to provide on a continuous basis the Minimum Unit Hours described in Section 1.2.C, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties during the annual Open Enrollment Period. Failure to meet or exceed the agreed upon unit hours shall result in liquidated damages as described in Section 4.11.
Minimum Unit Hours. The Contractor shall provide at a minimum [XX] number of unit hours annually for all Geographical Zones and may not decrease the unit hours unless the reduction is made during the Open Enrollment Period as described in Section 1.4.
