Minimum Threshold. To the extent that the Plan for a Granted Country includes a minimum threshold, and such minimum threshold is not achieved within the specified time period, will result in the termination of NeoVenta’s exclusive rights to market in such Granted Country, but will not result in the termination of NeoVenta’s rights to market in such Granted Country on a non-exclusive basis.
