Minimum Technology Service Fees Sample Clauses

The Minimum Technology Service Fees clause establishes a baseline amount that must be paid for technology-related services, regardless of actual usage or consumption. Typically, this means that the client is obligated to pay at least the specified minimum fee each billing period, even if their use of the technology services falls below that threshold. This clause ensures the service provider receives a guaranteed level of revenue, helping to cover fixed costs and reducing the risk of underpayment due to fluctuating service usage.
