Minimum Supply Sample Clauses

The Minimum Supply clause establishes a baseline quantity of goods or services that a supplier is obligated to provide under a contract. Typically, it specifies a set number of units or a minimum volume that must be delivered within a defined period, regardless of fluctuations in demand or other circumstances. This ensures that the buyer can rely on a consistent supply and protects against shortfalls, thereby reducing the risk of operational disruptions due to insufficient delivery.
