Common use of Minimum Subscription Amount Clause in Contracts

Minimum Subscription Amount. The minimum investment is 2,000 Units at a price of $1.50 per Unit for a minimum subscription of $3,000.00. Each investor whose subscription is accepted by the Company shall be entitled to thereafter to subscribe to additional Units in 1,000-Unit increments through and until the extended termination date of December 31, 2020 (the “Extended Termination Date”).
